The Lutsen-Tofte area is home to some of the most beautiful and dramatic sections of the Superior Hiking Trail. The SHT follows the rocky ridgeline above Lake Superior from Duluth to the Canadian border totaling over 300 miles, plus 16 miles of spur trails.
