Bluefin's Best: February


Bluefin's Best is one of the longest standing traditions at Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts. In fact, the accolade has been around longer than our Bluefin Bay Calendar! It is a celebration and recognition of employees that have gone above and beyond in their department and exemplified what it means to be "Bluefin's Best". There are a few employees selected each month. Those employees are given a bonus and a sweet note from their manager, which is displayed in employee areas throughout the resort. Alisha Lopez
Alisha has gone above and beyond for our housekeeping department. She is always willing to lend a hand wherever it’s needed, even if it’s her day off. She is very flexible- she can fill in for any role in housekeeping, she does it well & with a smile on her face. Her hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. She consistently brings a positive energy into work that has a huge effect on the people around her. Kayla Glenister

Shaylee Clinton
It is my pleasure to nominate Shaylee Clinton as Bluefin's Best. Shaylee has gone above and beyond in many aspects of her role here at Bluefin Bay, including guest interactions, providing organization to our First Aid set up, compiling our summer and winter activities sign-ups through Eventbrite, and providing first-class tours for our guests.
