Monday – Thursday: 12 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Happy Hour: 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Late Night Menu: 9 p.m. – 11 p.m. Daily
Bar Hours: Until at least 11 p.m.
Bluefin Grille will be closed Christmas Eve and open on Christmas Day.
MEET OUR CHEF
Bluefin Grille Executive Chef, Kevin Ilenda
Chef Ilenda joined the Bluefin Grille as Executive Chef in 2015. He is an innovative chef with 17 years of culinary experience at premier restaurants in Duluth and on the North Shore of Lake Superior. His flair for fresh, local cuisine brings a new dimension to the award winning Bluefin Grille restaurant.
Originally from Duluth, Ilenda attributes his love of food to his parents – avid cooks who relied heavily on fresh, high quality produce. Trained by some of the most well respected chefs in northern Minnesota, Ilenda served as Executive Chef of Restaurant 301 in Duluth, as well as under Chef/ Owner Sean Lewis at Nokomis on North Shore Scenic Drive. And, early in his career served as a line cook right here at Bluefin Bay on Lake Superior.
