Voyageur Brewing Company Tap Takeover!

Head to the Bluefin Grille on Thursday, December 28th for the Voyageur Brewing Company Tap Takeover! They’ll be pouring their flagship offerings plus 3 seasonal brews from 5-9pm. Voyageur Brewing Company is based in beautiful Grand Marais where they create adventurous craft beers and have become a favorite place for the community and tourists to gather over a pint or two near the shores of Lake Superior.

Voyageur Brewing distributes their flagship offerings in bottles and kegs year-round and here’s what will be on offer during the tap takeover: Trailbreaker Belgian Wit, Boundary Waters Brunette, Palisade Porter, and Devil’s Kettle IPA. They will also have three seasonal brews: The Sled Hound Session IPA, Red Sash Irish Ale, and the Bearpaw Dunkelweizen. The beers range from having fruit notes to those having hints of coffee and chocolate. Beer fans with a palate for hops will enjoy either the session IPA or the flagship IPA.

A representative from Voyageur Brewing Company will be able to answer questions about Voyageur Brewing Company and their beer.  They’ll even have some swag to give away!

The Bluefin Grille will also have a bar food feature starting at 5 pm served buffet style for $12 per person all you can eat.

You’ll find this brewery and taproom in downtown Grand Marais creating signature and seasonal craft beers year-round. Their lovely pub menu will keep you going as you enjoy a flight or a pint (or two!). You’ll enjoy – Brewery Tours, Lower Deck and Roof-top Seating Options, Live Music, Views of Lake Superior!

Gunflint Tavern

Located in downtown Grand Marais overlooking the harbor, the Gunflint Tavern opened in 1998 serving microbrews and a full menu which is known for its ethnic fare. They poured their first house-made beer in 2014 and have been creating signature flavors ever since while showcasing their creative, definitive style. During your visit be sure to head across the hall to The Raven, their pub specializing in fine spirits and specialty drinks. You’ll enjoy – Rooftop Seating, Live Music, Views of Lake Superior!

North Shore Winery and the Sawtooth Mountain Cider House

Experience a taste of Lutsen! This delightful winery and cider house is located halfway up the Ski Hill Road that leads to Lutsen Mountains Ski and Summer recreation area. The North Shore winery celebrated their first year of business in July and have already maximized their wine and cider-making capabilities and increased production by seventy-five percent. A sure sign that their products are delicious! The tasting room offers tasting flights, carafe, glass, and bottle purchases of wine and hard ciders. The tasting room also offers a selection of Minnesota crafted cheeses and cured meats. You’ll enjoy –  Outdoor seating, Live Music, Tours!
