The entire Bluefin Grille restaurant will be receiving a beautiful renovation between April 14th and the 24th. Including, a fresh new color palette, new lighting, and the addition of some fun features.  We invite you to come for a visit and check it out when we reopen on Thursday, April 25th!

During the renovations, the Bluefin Grille will be closed but Coho Cafe & Bakery will be open daily 8am-9pm for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, Coho Cafe is also the perfect place to grab a morning coffee or afternoon sweet treat. Ice cream, anyone? Dine in with the full menu while enjoying a glass of wine or beer, grab a meal or snack to go, or order one of the gourmet take-and-bake pizzas.

Waves of Superior Cafe at Surfside will be opening for the season Thursday, May 23rd! Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Superior in a sunny, serene setting that complements our signature Waves of Superior Spa.

Our Food and Beverage team is also busy crafting and designing a few new menu items for the summer season at all restaurants. Stay tuned on social media for featured menu highlights as we roll out the new offerings.

Spring Food & Wine Lovers Weekend!

Two Glasses of White Wine at Bluefin BayBluefin Bay has been hosting Food & Wine Lovers weekends for more than 20 years, twice per year – in the spring and the fall.

We are getting excited for the spring weekend coming up May 4-5!

Each Food & Wine Lovers Weekend includes a host of activities revolving around food and wine — and of course all set against the backdrop of Lake Superior.

For our Spring 2018 Food & Wine Lovers Weekend we are partnering with Guest Chef Steven Schulz from the Toasted Frog in Fargo, ND. For Friday’s four-course dinner and Saturday’s five-course dinner, Chef Schulz is excited to feature New World cuisine with global influences. Here are a few of the delicious items you’ll find on the weekend’s menus: Cold Smoked Swordfish, Fennel Braised Pork Shank, Seared Salmon in Mussel Cream Sauce, Pepper Crusted Filet, Spiced Panna Cotta, and so much more! Johnson Brother’s Wine Company is busy choosing wine selections that will beautifully pair with each night’s menu. We’re delighted to partner with Mpls-St. Paul Magazine as our media partner for this long-standing event.
