WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Cleanliness & Sanitation: We’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to welcome you back to the resort and the spa safely. Our team is modifying adopting best practices in day-to-day operations in accordance with the CDC, WHO, and state and local health officials. We’ve extended the length of individual spa appointments to allow extra time for sanitation and safety protocols.
Limited Capacity: Due to state guidelines, we’re limiting spa services to resort guests and services are available by appointment only. Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to their appointment and will be greeted by a spa therapist. No walk-in appointments are available at this time.
Safety Protocols – Guests: Upon arrival, guests will be asked to complete a brief health screening, including a temperature check. Guests will be provided with masks to wear throughout their time in the spa, including during their massage.
Safety Protocols – Staff: All Waves of Superior Spa staff receive a health screening before their work shift, including a symptom and temperature check. Any staff experiencing symptoms will be asked to stay home and as a result – appointments may need to be rescheduled. Employees will be in masks when in contact with guests, including during treatment services.
Payment for Services: In order to minimize points of contact, spa services will be completed as room charges for all resort guests.
WHAT WE ASK OF OUR GUESTS
For the health and safety of all, if you’re experiencing any Covid-like symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We’ve adjusted our cancellation policy so that if you need to cancel due to Covid-19, we’ll waive the cancellation fee.
