We’re just days away from our annual Fall Food and Wine Lovers Weekend at Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts and as usual, we’re excited about our ever-so-popular event!
This year, our guest chef will be Peter Botcher, who is the butcher at Butcher & The Boar Restaurant in Minneapolis. He comes to us with a great background and experience all over the country, including Napa Valley, CA.
Our menus for both Friday and Saturday nights for the event at the Bluefin Grille feature mouth-watering offerings that our sold out crowd is sure to love. Saturday afternoon, participants will be tasting a variety of different wines in our Lakeside Ballroom at Surfside on Superior.
