We had another fantastic Fall Food and Wine Lovers event at Bluefin Bay this past weekend with our Executive Guest Chef, Jack Riebel and his team, formerly of the Dakota Jazz Club – now opening an exciting new restaurant called Butcher and the Boar in downtown Mpls.
From a Kinky “Melon” Royale amuse to an outstanding smoked beef carpaccio that had guests talking to a pumpkin pudding sweet cream, pecan praline served with a Tiramasu LQ, both evening events had some of our most enjoyable food and wine pairings ever. And the culinary team received rave guest reviews and applause at both sold out events.
Special thanks to Jack Riebel and his team, Stuart Sutherland from Johnson Brothers Wine Company, and the Bluefin Grille culinary team for making this year’s event another extraordinary one.
