The impressive Carlton Peak is visible from the Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts and now this is your chance to climb to the top! After a short ride up the Sawbill Trail, we’ll head out on a 3-mile round trip hike that is gradual at first, then steep. The extended steep sections make this a moderate/hard hike but it does lead to some of the best views in Tofte! When the snow is deep and fluffy we will outfit everyone with snowshoes for the trek. When the trail is covered in packed snow we will outfit our boots in yak tracks for a non-slip hike.
Distance: 3 miles
