Our Commitment to You During Unprecedented Times

Bluefin Bay on Lake Superior

Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts is currently closed and is not taking guest reservations through April 30, 2020. This includes all three of our resorts – Bluefin Bay, Surfside and Temperance Landing. [State of Minnesota “Stay at Home” Executive Order here.]

Guests with April reservations have been contacted and refunded in full or reservations moved to a later date. If you had an April reservation and did not receive our message, please contact us at 1-800-258-3346.

We will be staffing our primarily reservation line – 1-800-258-3346 – daily between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. to take guest reservations May 1st and beyond – though this is subject to change, so check back here for updates.

The Bluefin Grille is offering curbside pick-up for locals from 4-8 p.m. daily. Check out our special menu and order instructions here. Coho Cafe & Bakery, Waves of Superior Spa and Cafe are closed.

Our hearts are heavy and our thoughts are with our guests, staff, owner partners, and community as we collectively navigate this unprecedented public health crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on the health of our loved ones, the economic livelihood of our employees, friends and the businesses we all rely upon, the health of the global economy, and the way we live our daily lives. We truly are all in this together and we will get to the other side, together.

Please know that your health and safety will always be our top priority. We believe the Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts is indeed a “family” – and that includes our guests. Your loyalty is greatly appreciated and never taken for granted.

Our thoughts go out to those who have been directly affected, with special appreciation to the health care workers, government agencies, and others on the front lines working to keep us all safe.
