Foodies around the nation will recognize the name of our guest chefs, Jamie Malone and Erik Anderson. This Minneapolis-based duo has been recognized by Food & Wine Magazine and they will be bringing their unique French-inspired cooking to our four and five course dinners on Friday and Saturday nights. We know you must be squirming with curiosity over the menu, but we aren’t telling just yet! However, we feel confident that it will be terrific.
And we didn’t forget about the wine! Stuart Sutherland and a team of Johnson Brothers will not only be pairing wines with our plates, but Stuart will also be hosting a wine tasting and education night on Saturday.
