With help from surveys and other forms of various feedback from our longtime guests of Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts, the Bluefin Grille is proud to announce a brand new menu for the Spring of 2013, which was released last week.
Many of the traditional favorites that guests considered to be “classics” have been brought back, such as the popular Mesquite Turkey Sandwich, Duck and Wild Rice Chowder, and the Coquille St. Jacques, which features seared scallops in our famous champagne cream sauce.
The changes didn’t entail just bringing back classics. There are several brand new items from salads to sandwiches and entrees. You can find the new menus here. We’re confident you’ll like what you see and taste!
