Activities Hikes Going to New Heights!

June 17, 2014

HikingHave you ever wanted to hike to the highest point in MN?

Now you can! Starting yesterday, and being offered every Monday morning from 8am – 2pm, our Activities department will be offering a guided hike to Eagle Mountain, which reaches a maximum height of 2,301 feet.

The hike to Eagle Mountain winds through the Superior National Forest near Lutsen, MN, totalling 3.5 miles one way (7 miles roundtrip) to fantastic views of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Lutsen Tofte area.

With all that hiking, you’re bound to work up an appetite, which is why we’re also providing a free Coho Cafe lunch bag to all partipicants on the hike! It doesn’t get much better than that.
