MEA Weekend 2009

Bluefin Guests enjoyed a fabulous MEA weekend with a full schedule of activities including hiking, biking, campfires with s'mores, a movie/pizza party, a scavenger hunt and the most popular event: A Halloween Extravaganza! The early Halloween celebration included pumpkin carving, cookie decorating, and a wide variety of craft activities.

Fall Colors Approaching Peak!

Due to a warmer than usual September, Cook County forests are a few weeks behind schedule for Fall colors. This means that there is still time to come see the Fall foliage in all its beauty. More colors are changing every day! We look forward to seeing you!

Porsche Club Comes to Visit!

The Nord Stern Porsche Club made their annual trip up to the Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts this past weekend. The spectacle attracted the attention of Guests and other tourists alike and truly was a sight to be seen!

The Gales at Bluefin Bay

30 miles per hour winds have been blowing since last night at the north shore. The shoreline at the Bluefin bay is diminished by gigantic waves rolling almost to the lake walk. The gusty wind makes it really hard to walk and the best way to enjoy this beautiful Gales scene is inside- in your suite or Bluefin Grille, overlooking Lake Superior.
