Fall Food & Wine Lovers Weekend
Bluefin's annual Fall Food & Wine Lovers Weekend (held November 7-8) captivated the senses of the sell out crowd. The Bluefin Grille team was delighted to team up with local Guest Chef Nathan Hingos of the Crooked Spoon Cafe, Grand Marais. Together they brought a cool fall weekend to life with a four-course dinner on Friday and a five-course meal on Saturday.
Each course was tastefully paired with a wine, which accented the subtle flavors of each dish. The wine pairings were done courtesy of Johnson Brothers Liquor. So while guests are still savoring this fabulous cuisine, we have begun planning our annual Spring Food and Wine Lovers Weekend, which will be held May 1-2. Like our fall event, the spring event will be co-sponsered by Mpls. St. Paul Magazine.
