Units 7, 8, 9 and 14 have a queen bed in two bedrooms and bunk beds in the third bedroom (except Unit 14 which has two twin beds in loft instead of bunk beds in private bedroom), a double-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, one full bath and one 3/4 bath.

Rates are per night, based on six-adult occupancy. Additional adults are $10 per person. Children 12 and under stay free. Two-night minimum on weekends, three-night minimum during holiday periods.
